How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:

Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

# In the case of large payments, the credit card company may give you a confirmation call for safety.
  During the verification process, if it is determined that the order is not a normal order, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else's name, the order may be arbitrarily suspended or canceled.

# For product purchases by Bank Transfer, you can deposit the product through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank.
   The name of the depositor entered at the time of ordering must match the name of the actual depositor, and the deposit must be made within 7 days.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : Global
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 14 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.


    1) Shipping fee is free if you order amount is equal to or over 100 USD.
    2) If your order amount is under 100 USD, shipping fee is determined by standard EMS delivery rate.
    3) SHOPPING DAMA's basic shipping takes 14-15 days from the date of purchase.
    4) SHOPPING DAMA ships the goods via international EMS and delivered from Republic of Korea.
    5) Hand made and/or custom made items, such as hand made shoes, take 25-30 business days.
    6) SHOPPING DAMA warehouses goods after customers place their order,
        so please understand when we notify you about your order being sold out.
    7) If delivery is delayed, we will inform you separately through the Notice board.


    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.



Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped for delivery. After the product has been shipped, you can demand a return, refund or product exchange in accordance with the Onnuri D&T Co.,Ltd.'s Return and Exchange policies below.

-You can apply for a return or product exchange from after the product has been shipped to within 14 days after the product's arrival.

-Return & Exchange may not be accepted in the following circumstances:

         1) When the customer doesn't make request for exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the goods.
         2) When 14 days have passed since the customer received the goods (Korea Fair Trade Act)

         3) When the customer requests return after damaging the goods.
         4) When customer has used or wore the goods (cosmetics, fragrances, contamination, damage, etc)
         5) Accessories, sold-out goods, SALE goods, underwear, white colored goods, fur items,
                        goods made on demand, custom made goods, knitwears etc.

  1.    6) The product's value has decreased reamarkably due to the customer's usage/consumption. (i.g.Breaking the seal of the goods)
  2.    7) The product's value has decreased reamarkably due to its time-sensitive nature and it cannot be re-sold


-To apply for a Korean domestic return or exchange, you will bear the cost for the shipping and delivery (products with free Korean domestic delivery benefits: the delivery cost for the round trips) unless the seller is responsible for the product's discrepancy or defect.


-If you receive a defective product, you can contact the seller directly if you are able to speak Korean. if not, you can immediately contact our Customer Service Center(CS Center) with the photos of the defective product, the invoice, and the shipping box, all of which are necessary for discussion with the seller. Our CS center will assuist you in communicating with the seller.

Refunds

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
